EAT TO THRIVE spring clean protocol 8 WEEK CHALLENGE


Do you want to lose up to 12 kg in time for Mother’s Day?  Perhaps you have been going to lose some weight since Christmas, but you just haven’t got round to it yet.

Here is the opportunity to not only lose weight, rapidly, but learn about what specific foods do to your body.  We all react to foods differently.  Food can be either medicine to our bodies or poison. This program will help you determine what works for you.  This way you get off the fad diet merry go round and keep the weight off forever.  You learn to eat to thrive!

Our group sessions will run 4 times in an 8 week period, either on a Wed from 11am-12:30 or a Thursday evening from 7:15-8:45pm.  Starting March 17th.
