Community and Coaching

Feeling disconnected, or just want more support around you?

This is where community and coaching meet – both in Griffith, in-person and online.

Maybe you’re after real, practical support to change something in your life – your habits, your family, the way things feel day-to-day. Or maybe you just want a window into what’s happening around Griffith and the local art.

This page holds a place for you to explore all the different ways relationships mean to me and how I can help you.

On Council

Want to know what’s happening in Griffith beyond the headlines? This is where I’ll share updates on the projects and organisations I’m directly involved with. Right now, that includes the Scenic Hill Masterplan, the New Cemetery Masterplan, Western Riverina Arts and the Headspace Consortium Board. It’s a chance to keep you informed about the work happening in our community and the things I’m helping to shape.

The Griffith Art Collective is a vibrant hub for local artists and art lovers, fostering connection, communication, and collaboration. Join us to inspire, innovate, and transform our community through creativity.

Griffith Art Collective

If you’re a local artist looking for people to connect, collaborate and create with, this is worth knowing about. I chair the Griffith Art Collective, meeting every second Wednesday of the month – right now we’re deep in planning the Griffith Bloomin’ Art Prize, on at Emeri’s Garden during Spring Fest.

Coaching: real support, not a program

Maybe your relationships feel strained, and you’re not sure how to fix it. Maybe you keep setting goals – for your health, your habits, your family – and life keeps getting in the way. Maybe you just want someone in your corner who’ll ask the right questions and actually hold you to what you say you want.

That’s what coaching with me is for. It’s not a one-size-fits-all program – it’s one-on-one support built around where you’re actually at, whether that’s working through personal habits, family dynamics, or just getting unstuck in a season that feels hard to move through. I work with adults and children, and I’d rather help you build something that lasts than hand you a plan you’ll abandon in a month.

If you’ve been meaning to get support but haven’t known where to start, this is your sign.
